How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders ship within 2 business days. After that, Express takes 1–2 business days, Standard 3–5 and Economy 5–8. Orders over $125 ship free. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. See our Shipping Policy for the details.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or enter your tracking number on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition, and return shipping is free in the U.S. Opened fragrance and beauty products can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged. Read our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
We're really sorry about that. Send us your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. It won't cost you a thing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as you can with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do everything we can to update or cancel it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, where available. Checkout is secured by Shopify, and we never see your full card number.
