MATCHED ADS
To opt out of disclosing your hashed email address to third parties for Matched Ads purposes, please submit a request at privacy@hautefashista.com. To the extent required by law, we will remove your email address from any subsequent lists disclosed to third parties for Matched Ads purposes.

CHILDREN
The Service is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information (as that term is defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, or “COPPA”) from children under age 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected personal information from your child please contact us as outlined in the Contact Us section. We will delete the personal information in accordance with “COPPA”.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond to your request within 45 days. SHINE THE LIGHT
California’s “Shine the Light” law (California Civil Code § 1798.83) allows California residents to ask companies with whom they have formed a business relationship primarily for personal, family or household purposes to provide certain information about the companies’ sharing of certain personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding year (if any).
