We're pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75. For most orders, please allow 5-10 days for delivery. We provide this timeframe as a precaution to ensure timely delivery, though in most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum estimate. Below, you'll find additional details on shipping timeframes based on your selected shipping method. Once your order is verified, you will receive an initial email confirming your purchase, followed by a second email with tracking information.

For your protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, there may be occasional delays in processing. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, as they cover order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation costs.

Business days are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, excluding holidays. Orders placed on major holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that our shipping carriers may experience delays on the following major holidays

WHERE WE SHIP:
We currently ship only within the United States (USA) to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses may incur additional charges. International shipping is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

SHIPPING OPTIONS, PRICES, AND TIMES
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your order total and the selected shipping method.

Our warehouse is located in the United States and Outside the USA, and most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. However, deliveries to more remote areas may take slightly longer.

NOTE: If an item is out of stock at our US warehouse, inventory will be transferred from another location, which may take an additional 3-5 business days to prepare. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Standard Delivery is the only Shipping Option available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery typically takes 5-10 Business Days from the shipping date, excluding holidays.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During peak seasons and promotional periods, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing. Orders placed after 3 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS:
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
